Mr. V.K. Duggal

Highly recognized and respected in the Indian Administration Services (IAS ), Mr, V.K. Duggal, was the former Home Secretary, Government of India. In 2013, was appointed as Governor of Manipur by former President Pranab Mukherjee. and was given the additional responsibility as Governor of Mizoram.

is currently a member of the Justice Punchhi Commission on Centre-State relations, and is a patron to the 24 Secure Group

Mr. Duggal was appointed as a member-secretary of the Srikrishna Committee on Telangana. He served in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as commissioner.
